Skycore® 2137 is a non-ionic emulsion of high molecular dimethicone blend. With the high molecular dimethicone, it delivers smooth, fluffy and non-greasy feel to hair fiber, together with excellent wet and dry combing when used in 2-in- 1Shampoo and conditioner formulation.
