Skysoft® SA81 is a ternary copolymerization silicone soft finishing agent, and the processed fabric feels soft, elastic and smooth. Suitable for all kinds of woven
fabrics, especially combed cotton shirts, silk shirts, crepe de chine shirts, poly-cotton shirts, etc.

pH Value：5.0-7.0

[Application]
Skysoft® SA81 is suitable for all kinds of woven fabrics, especially combed cotton shirts,silk shirts, crepe de chine shirts, poly-cotton shirts can be used directly, o r can be diluted with water in advance. According to the actual production situation and equipment conditions, continuous dipping process can be selected, o r dipping process can be selected for treatment.
Reference finishing process (please adjust flexibly according to the actual productionsituation and specific needs) :
1) Padding Process ( dirctly diluted by requirement)
Skysoft® SA81 ：5-20g/l (According to fabric and feel requirements)
Process：Padding
Wet pick-up：75- 95 %
Temperature：Room temperature
pH value：5.0~ 6.0
Dry：Dry at 105℃
Cure：Cure for one minute at 160℃
2) Exhaution ( Directly diluted by requirement )
Skysoft® SA81 Usage：0.5-2.0% o.w.f. According to fabric and feel requirements)
Process ：Exhaution
Bath Ratio： 1:10
Temperature：Room temperature o r about 30℃
Time：20- 30 minutes
pH value：5.0-6.0
Dry：To dry at 105℃
Cure：Cure for one minute at 160℃
[Attention]
Skysoft® SA81 is used in direct dilution, it is recommended to use it now to avoid long-term storage of diluting liquid. The best treatment effect is when the pH value of finishing working liquid is 5.0 -6.0. Therefore, when applying Skysoft® SA81, please select the appropriate pH value;
